CLS Catering Services Ltd. is a joint venture of LSG Sky Chefs (70%) and Cathay Pacific Airways Ltd, (30%), and is a leader in airline catering and a provider of integrated airline services solutions. CLS Catering is controlled by LSG Sky Chef through its 70% interest. LSG Sky Chefs and CLS Catering are part of the LSG global group of companies. (the “LSG Group”).

Services provided include airline catering, buy-on-board, in-flight equipment logistics, consulting and lounge services. In 2023, its more than 20,000 FTE’s at 120 locations in 40 countries worldwide generated a consolidated revenue of 2,437 million euros. LSG Sky Chefs produced 233 million airline catering meals (including minority interests) during this period.
